Nota bene: This account is the one of the organizing club, it must only be used to pay the entry fees for the regatta.
Do not confuse it with the ENVSN, which may take care of your accommodation if you have chosen to stay on site.
They are two different entities.
Some competitors from overseas seem to have problems with their insurance (no coverage in european waters).
When on ENVSN next summertime, the easiest way for them would be to buy a “federal license” nearby the French Sailing Association through a Yacht Club.
Included into the licence package, you will get the relevant third party liability insurance requested by the organising committee.
Next door to the ENVSN you’ll find a club, “SRSP Société des Régates de Saint Pierre”. They will be happy to welcome a new member from overseas ;-)
There are two sorts of licence: “leisure” or “competition”.
You need the second one, but before delivering it the club will ask you for a health certificate attesting your ability to practice sailing competitions.
The certificate may be issued by your doctor at home in English, alternatively you’ll have to find a French doctor in Quiberon or ask for a doctor under the Contender sailors (?)
You can download here a sample FFVoile health certificate.
The "competition" box must be ticked by the doctor, the certificate must be less than one year old.
On the SRSP's website it is indicated that a temporary license for four days costs 29 Euros, for one day 15 Euros, a year-round license 57 Euros.
Payment in cash on site.
